Day Before
Step 1
Dry clean beans, and soak in water with lime / vinegar.

If doing rice, soak in water with lime / vinegar
Veggie Prep

Mince garlic

If doing puree, chop potatoes into chunks
Sautee
Step 5
Sautee garlic with cilantro seeds
Instant Pot
Step 6
If doing puree, add to pot with minimum amount of water (2 cups) -- 4 min
Step 7
If doing rice, add to pot with water 1 finger above level. -- 20 min
Step 8
Mix beans and sautee in 2 pots with fresh cilantro. Water a bit over level. (Important it doesn't go above the 1/2 mark!) -- 35 min
