Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 400ºF
Step 2
On a sheet pan, combine all of the sliced/diced vegetables. Toss with oil and seasonings, massage into the veggies, spread them out evenly, drizzle with balsamic glaze
Step 3
Place in oven and bake for about 30 minutes
Step 4
Remove from oven, plate, dress with more balsamic glaze if desired
