Sweet & Sour Tofu
Over the years this recipe has been adapted to many taste buds, so this definitely not an authentic dish to say the least. Sweet & Sour has realistically just been used as condiments in Asian cultures throughout, the choice of ketchup just brings out the redness of the dish. So feel free to go wild and have fun with the flavours. If you do make it feel free to tag me

In a bowl mix all your ups to make a sauce: soy sauce, ketchup, S+P, vinegar, sugar & water. Add the cornflour as this will be the thicken agent

Coat your tofu in cornflour, this allows its to get crispy. I added some 5 spice for some extra flavouring
Step 3
Heat up a pan with some neutral oil, let the tofu fry for all sides to get golden brown
