Instructions
Step 1
Slice sausage into 1/4 inch rounds. Set aside.
Step 2
Dice onion and pepper. Saute in 1 tbsp olive oil for 10 mins on medium heat.
Step 3
Add Mrs dash and remove from pan
Step 4
Cool sausage til brown, drain excess oil
Step 5
Add tomato paste and chicken broth. mix well
Step 6
Add onion and pepper back to pan.
Step 7
Simmer 5-10 minutes adding more broth if dry
Step 8
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Step 9
Serve over plain rice
