Sweet Chilli Spinach Swirls
Suitable for freezing once made up and sliced into individual slices. Then cook from frozen and add an extra 2 - 4 minutes to the cooking time.

Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 180C.
Step 2
Cook the bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towel.
Step 3
Beet cream cheese until light. Add bacon, spinach, mayonnaise and shallots, and season with salt and pepper. Mix well.
Step 4
Spread each tortilla wrap with 1/4 cup of sweet chilli sauce.
Step 5
Spread 1/4 of the cream cheese mixture over the tortilla wrap, leaving a 1.5cm border around the edge.
Step 6
Roll up tightly, and wrap individually in plastic wrap. Chill for 1 hour until firm.
Step 7
Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Step 8
Slice the tortilla crosswise into slices.
Step 9
Place onto baking trays and glaze with extra sweet chilli sauce, this is optional.
Step 10
Bake for 6 - 8 minutes, and serve warm.
