Instructions
Step 1
day before mix all seasonings in with the turkey in a large mixing bowl and then spread them evenly on to half trays (4 lbs per tray)
Step 2
day of, heat oven to 350 in convection mode. cook until temp reaches 165 pull them out add cheese slices put back until cheese begins to melt... when you cut them they should be cut into 4x6 squares to get 24 burgers per tray!
