Instructions

Step 1
cook rice according to package instructions
Step 2
peel onion, dice finely
Step 3
clean mushrooms (without water), cut in half or quarter pieces
Step 4
cut turkey breast in strips
Step 5
heat oil in a pan on high heat
Step 6
when oil is almost smoking, add turkey and brown from all sides
Step 7
remove meat from pan and add mushrooms and onions
Step 8
when veggies are soft, return turkey to pan along with the stock
Step 9
when stock is boiling, add yoghurt and spices
Step 10
add cooked rice to pan along with your desired herbs
