Step 1
Cut up the onion and the bell peppers

Add all of the ingredients (except the beans) and water to the InstantPot and set for 25 minutes on high pressure.

Step 3
Open beans and place them in a strainer and rinse them completely.

Once the InstantPot is finished, vent the steam and open the pot. Add beans and set to keep warm for 10 minutes.
