Instructions
For Aioli
Step 1
Mix mustard, mayo and maple syrup together until fully combined
To build baguette
Step 2
Slice baguette to open and toast until golden brown
Step 3
Spread aioli on both sides of baguette
Step 4
Line bottom baguette with sliced apples then arugula, then tomatoes and chicken, finish with slices of Brie cheese
Step 5
Melt cheese open faced either with hand torch or under broiler until cheese begins to melt, place the top baguette slice on melted cheese slice into 4 portions and enjoy!
