Italian Panini and Vegetarian Panini

One of my best memories from high school was definitely the Italian panini, was so simple but it always made me happy. So here is a better version of it and also a vegetarian option.

Instructions

Step 1
Cut the bread in half and spread the butter, place them in the pan to get them toasted. Once they are ready, add tomato sauce to each half.
Step 2
Cooked the mushroom with garlic salt and pepper. Add mozzarella to melt and once is done, transfer to the bread. In the same pan cook the pepperoni, salami and ass cheese as well, transfer to the bread too once cheese is melted.
Step 3
Add spinach to both of the sandwichs, cut them in half and enjoy.
