Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, mix together cream cheese, garlic powder, sugar (you can use 1-2 tbsps of sugar, I use 2 tbsp because I like my krab rangoons to be sweeter), soy sauce, sesame oil, green onions and krab meat until well combined.
cream cheese8 oz
garlic powder½ Tbsp
sugar1 Tbsp
soy sauce½ tsp
sesame oil½ tsp
green onions2
imitation crab meat6 oz
Step 2
Spoon some of the krab rangoon mix onto one side of the wonton wrapper. I used about 1/2 tsp of filling per wonton but you can always add more.
Step 3
Brush each side with water. This will act as glue to adhere the sides of the wonton wrapper.

Step 4
Fold the wonton diagonally and pinch down the sides.
Step 5
Using a fork, press down the sides of the wonton to ensure the filling doesn’t spill out during the frying process.
Step 6
Over medium low heat, heat up some frying oil.

Step 7
Fry each krab rangoon until they’re crispy and golden. This takes about 3-5 mins.
Step 8
Serve with sweet Thai chili sauce and enjoy!
