Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350F. Boil potatoes. Saute onions, carrots, spinach, celery and tomatoes in the oil. Once carrots tender, add lentils, basil, salt and braggs. Stir and simmer uncovered until liquid cooks off.
Step 2
Mash potatoes, milk, butter and salt.

Make gravy

Step 3
Saute mushrooms and onions until tender. Add Braggs, seasoning and stir. Remove from heat and slowly stir in flour. Will be pasty and dry. Add stalk little at a time until no lumps. Place back on heat and stir until thickened. Add miso at last minute.
Step 4
Pour veggies into oiled pie plate with mashed potatoes on top. Add gravy on top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
