Oven Baked Rice Paper Rolls
Rice Paper Rolls filled with crumbled tofu and mushrooms & baked in the oven with almost no oil! The sauce is amazing too! Enjoy!

2 Tbspsoy sauce
100gtofu

½ Tbspginger

3garlic cloves

250gmushrooms
10rice papers

Instructions
Step 1
1. Set your oven to 200C.
Step 2
2. Start by shredding your carrots, chop onion and mushrooms. Mince ginger and garlic.
Step 3
3. Scramble the tofu with your hands.
Step 4
4. Fry ginger garlic and tofu in some sesame oil and soy sauce for 5 minutes. Now add the carrots and onion and fry for another 10 minutes.
Step 5
5. Dip the rice papers in water and add filling in the middle of the rice paper. Roll it up like a burrito.
Step 6
6. Place the rolls on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Spray or rub the rolls with olive oil and bake for around 15-20 minutes or until crispy.
Step 7
7. Make the sauce by adding all to a pan and stir until it starts to thicken.
Step 8
8. Serve with sauce and enjoy!
