Step 1
1. Before anything else, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
2. Mix the dry ingredients in a small bowl. Use a whisk.

3. Mix the wet ingredients in a big bowl. Whisk eggs first.
Step 4
4. Combine the wet and dry ingredients by folding lightly in a figure 8. Do not over mix.
Step 5
5. Pour batter evenly into baking pan. Top with chopped almonds.
Step 6
6. Bake at 175c for 45 minutes. Check with a toothpick in the center of the pan.
Step 7
7. If batter sticks to toothpick, bake for another 5 minutes and check again.
