Step 1
Combine the oats, milk, peanut butter, sesame, cinnamon, and honey in a glass or glass jar. Refrigerate it overnight or for at least a couple of hours to allow the oatmeal to soften and become creamy.
Step 2
Serve with your favorite toppings; today, I'm going with banana, blueberries, and more peanut butter.
Step 3
In the refrigerator, it can be kept for up to 2-3 days.
