Instructions
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
In a blender or food processer pluse together gramcrackers, brown sugar, and melted butter.
Step 3
In a lined cupcake tin place a spoonful of the gramcracker mix into the bottom and with the back of the spoon press down to create the crust to the cheesecakes.
Step 4
In a large bowl put in your cream cheese, greek yogurt, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and salt.
Step 5
With a handheld mixer mix it all together. Should be a smooth consistency.
Step 6
Once mixed take a spoonful and fill the cupcake liner to ¾ of the way full.
Step 7
Place in the oven to cook for about 15-20 minutes until it no longer jiggles when shaken.
Step 8
Once out of the oven and has cooled to the touch place them in the refrigerator for 15-20 min
Step 9
When the cheesecakes have cooled off completely then dress them however you’d like. Plain, with preserves, fresh berries, or jam.
