Instructions

Step 1
Start by popping both bags of your popcorn. Then, remove any unpopped kernels. I find a strainer helps remove them easily.
Step 2
Next, melt your butter in the microwave or on the stove, and then add in your marshmallows, vanilla, and salt.
Step 3
Heat slowly until your marshmallows are soft and can be easily mixed/combined with the melted butter.
Step 4
Fold in the popcorn gently until all of the popcorn is lightly coated in the marshmallow mixture.
Step 5
Use greased hands or gloves and shape the popcorn mixture into a ghost shape. The top should be rounded and the bottom should be flat.
Step 6
Let the popcorn ghosts set for a few minutes, while you proceed to melt your white chocolate or candy coating.
Step 7
Dip the face of your ghosts into the chocolate and then add candy eyes before placing them on parchment paper to harden.
Step 8
Serve asap or store in an airtight container. Enjoy!
