Instructions
Step 1
Take chokecherries and water, place in bowl. Bring to boil, then simmer 15-20 minutes.

Step 2
Strain juice through cheese cloth or clean pillowcase. ( The finer the cheese cloth / pillow case, the less cloudy the syrup)

Step 3
Take 4 cups of chokecherrie juice, add sugar and corn syrup.
Step 4
Boil 5 minutes or until thickened.
Step 5
Process 10 minutes leaving 1/2 inch head room if you want to can.
