Cookie Butter Nice Cream (vegan ice-cream)

I am obsessed with nice-cream. As someone who can't have dairy but loves eating ice-cream, this is my go-to. I always have some in the fridge, so when Lukas pulls out his pint of dairy-full ice-cream, I can still eat mine right alongside him!
Healthier than ice-cream and with only 3 ingredients, this is a great recipe to try!

Instructions
Step 1
Add the frozen bananas, cookie butter, and almond milk into either a high-speed blender or a food processor. (Measure cookie butter with your heart)
Step 2
Once combined, crumble cookies in and mix together. Freeze for. at least 30 minutes
Step 3
If it's too hard in the freezer, let it thaw before scooping! It should be creamy like icecream
