Olimpia Burger
4 steps
Prep:15minCook:15min
This dish came to me like Bea came to Dante (pun intended). I had nothing in the fridge except boiled broccoli and a single chicken breast. What to do, I thought to myself, and my brain went - obviously add egg. And that’s how the Olimpia Burger came to life: a bed of cheese and perfectly blended together broccoli & chicken, topped by an egg with runny yolk, all between two toasted bun slices.
Dante went to paradise by following Bea, I suggest you follow this recipe to get there too ;)

Instructions
Step 1
Boil the broccoli and cook the chicken breast in a pan, then slice the broccoli in lil chunks and the chicken breasts in strings (not too thin tho).
Step 2
Put them in a pan with oil and salt and stir them a bit. Sauté them for a while and then add in the soy sauce (I use the bottle’s cap to measure two/three spoons of sauce). Stir till all of the pieces have absorbed the sauce.
Step 3
Put the bread to toast and in the meantime cook the eggs in the same pan as the broccoli and the chicken (make two holes by putting the broccoli and the chicken aside where to put the eggs to cook). Ps. I recommend using aromatic salt when salting your eggs.
Step 4
Add the slice of cheese to your toaster if your toaster allows it. And finally, when all is cooked, assemble as follows: bun butt - cheese - broccoli&chicken - egg - bun head.
