Everything dough is a bread recipe that I use for everything from pizza to doughnuts and bread rolls to pretzels. And it works all round!

Instructions
Step 1
Add yeast and sugar to water. Set aside to rest. In a large bowl combine 2 cups flour with milk, add the yeast mixture. Stir to just combine. Cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
Step 2
Add 3 more cups of flour to the mix, along with the oil and salt. Stir to combine with spatula or wooden spoon then turn onto floured surface and knead for about 7 to 10 more minutes. Adding a little flour if needed.
Step 3
Cover n let rise for at least ten minutes. Then use however you want.
Step 4
For bread I roll out flat and roll up into loaf pan, bake @ 350° for 20 min depending on oven. For pizza I roll out, top however you want and bake @ 400° for ten min.
Step 5
Great deep fried for doughnuts. Used as pastry dough. Rolls or even dumplings.
