Instructions

Step 1
prepare brownie mix as indicated on box and bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes in a spring form, non stick baking pan. Pull from oven and allow to cool
Step 2
Dissolve gelatin in water and set aside (Prepare two)
Step 3
If preparing your own whipped cream, make it now and place in the fridge
Step 4
mix peanut butter and powdered sugar
Step 5
microwave gelatin/water mixture for 10 seconds and fold into the peanut butter mix. Fold in 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream into the mixture until well mixed.
Step 6
Pour peanut butter mixture onto the baked brownie and spread evenly using an icing spatula. Freeze for 20 minutes
Step 7
add chocolate chips and heavy cream to a large bowl and microwave in 20 second intervals. Stir until smooth
Step 8
microwave gelatin/water mixture for 10 seconds and fold into the melted chocolate mix. Fold 1 1/2 cups of whipped cream into the mixture until well mixed.
Step 9
Pour melted chocolate mixture on top of the peanut butter layer and spread evenly using an icing spatula. Freeze over night
Step 10
Release the pie from the spring form pan. Cut the peanut butter cups into 6 wedges each and arrange along the edge of the pie. Enjoy!
