Step 1
Whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda and set aside

Cook 1 stick of butter over medium heat until brown but not burnt, around 6 mins

Take butter off heat, add the remaining half stick of butter and mix until melted

Pour melted butter into a bowl along with both sugars, mix until combined, then add in the eggs and a touch of vanilla extract and mix until smooth

Fold in the dry mixture until fully combined then add the chocolate

Let the dough rest for 10 mins in the fridge to firm up slightly

Create 1 inch balls out of the cookie dough, place onto a parchment paper lined baking tray, and bake at 375F for 12 minutes (or until done)
