Instructions

Beat eggs.

Mix ketchup, sugar, and soy sauce, set aside.

Add milk and kewpie mayo to eggs.4. Heat oil in Wok, brown chicken, then add onions and brown as well. Optionally add peas and / or green onion

Add rice and ketchup mix; mix until thoroughly coated and remove from heat.

Make omelets with egg mix, splitting egg between servings. Cover rice with omelet; write something on top with ketchup.
