Step 1
In a small mixing bowl whisk together the lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt & pepper until combined. Set aside.

Cut the peels off the oranges & grapefruit. Cut the fruit into slices & remove any visible seeds.
Step 3
Arrange the citrus, avocado & pomegranate seeds on a serving dish as desired. Drizzle with prepared dressing & serve.
