Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to fan 180. Put the wedges in an ovenproof dish. Spray with low calorie cooking spray and season, then toss well and cook in the oven for 25 minutes. Turn the wedges and cook for another 25 minutes.
Step 2
Put the mince in a frying pan with a little bit of water and mash well. Spray the frying pan with low calorie cooking spray and place over a medium heat. Add the onion and stir fry for 5 minutes. Drain any fat, then add the red pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 3
Stir in the chopped tomatoes, cumin, oregano, paprika and some black pepper. Cook for 10-15 minutes. Preheat the grill to high.
