Instructions
Step 1
Pre-heat oven at 175 degree Celsius for 10 mins.
Step 2
Mix the Dry Ingredients in a bowl first and keep aside.
Step 3
Make and Whisk together Wet Ingredient 1 in a bowl and set aside.
Step 4
Make and Whish Wet Ingredients 2 in a bowl and set aside.
Step 5
Whisk Wet Ingredients 1 and 2 together and add it to the Dry Ingredients slowly (do not over mix)- you can use a hand blender.
Step 6
Add in the apples (red apples cut to small size) and mix with a spatula.
Step 7
Place it in the oven at 175 degree calcium for 25-30 mins in a baking pan lined with parchment paper coated with butter.
