Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 ºF. Line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
Step 2
In a large bowl, mash bananas. Add flax eggs, maple syrup, peanut butter and vanilla extract and mix to combine.
Step 3
Mix in almond flour and baking soda.
Step 4
Pour batter into the baking dish and bake for 20-22 minutes or until set but still slightly gooey in the centre. Let cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
