½ tspchilli powder
½ tsppaprika

100gmushrooms
thinly sliced
2 Tbstomato puree
400gcan red kidney beans
drained and washed
400mlvegetable stock
400gitalian chopped tomatoes
Instructions
Step 1
1. Heat Oil in pan
Step 2
2. Sweat onions, garlic and spices until soft 3. Add Mince and brown (there's enough fat in Lamb Mince so no more needs to be added.
Step 3
4. Add chopped Green Chilli, Carrot, stir and cook for a few minutes

5. Add Tomato puree, Chopped Tomatoes and Kidney Beans. Stir in well. Cook for a few minutes
Step 5
6. Add Peas and Mushrooms. Stir in well.
Step 6
7. Add Vegetable Stock, Stir well
Step 7
8. Season to taste, you can add more chilli powder if you want here.
Step 8
9. Cover and cook for 30 mins.
