Instructions

Step 1
Brown ground beef and strain- set aside
Step 2
Mix tomato sauce, 1/4 cup water, and spaghetti sauce packet together with ground beef and simmer while making crust- keep 1 tbsp of spaghetti sauce packet mix aside for crust
Step 3
In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in hot water and add the 1 tbsp of sauce mix in, then flour from mix. Blend well
Step 4
Press dough out onto a greased pan evenly
Step 5
Spread cottage cheese over dough first, then the ground beef mix. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top
Step 6
Bake on low rack for 25-30 mins at 400 degrees
Step 7
Sprinkle with mozzerla cheese after cooking and cook for 2-3 mins longer or until cheese melts
