Step 1
Mixed minced turkey with salt and pepper, then add breadcrumbs. Add milk and esily beaten egg. Chop the parsley, grate the garlic and onion, mix all well into meat.

Preheat the owen to 230C. Grease baking sheet with a dash of oil.

Form even meatballs with wet or oily hands and place them on a baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake for 15-20 minutes until done.
Step 5
Serve meatballs with vegetables, mashed potato, rise or eat plai as you like it.
