This baked Brie is the Perfect appetizer, I made a sweet baked brie with Jam and berries. You can add any toppings you want, the possibilities are endless from savory to sweet.

Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350°
Step 2
2. Remove brie from package and wrapping; do not remove rind. Score the top with a knife, being careful to only penetrate the rind Cut in a criss-cross pattern.

3. Top the scored brie with your favorite flavor of jam, blackberries and strawberries.
Step 4
4. Bake the Brie for about 15 minutes.
Step 5
5. While the Brie is baking, cut a baguette into thin slices then Place the slices on the lined baking sheet. Drizzle both sides with olive oil then bake at 350° for about 10 minutes then broil until golden and crispy.
Step 6
6. Once the Brie comes out of the oven sprinkle the crushed pistachios on top and serve right away with the crispy toasted crostini.
