Instructions
Step 1
Cook the rice
Step 2
Heat oil in a wok and fry the Simply Cook chilli paste for 10 secs
Step 3
Add the pork mince and fry until browned (approx 8 mins)
Step 4
Add the peppers and Simply Cook Thai Style Seasoning and 1-2 teaspoons of sugar
Step 5
Stir fry for 3 mins
Step 6
Add the Simply Cook Pad Kra Prao Sauce and 150ml water to make a broth. Stir well, reduce heat to low and cook for a few mins.
Step 7
Adjust the taste, adding more sugar if needed
Step 8
Once cooked, add the basil and stir through.
Step 9
Serve with the rice.
