Instructions

Step 1
Slice onions and start heating 1/2 cup EVOO on medium heat
Step 2
Add onions to EVOO with 5 tbsp sumac, mix until translucent
Step 3
In bowl, add cleaned chicken, 7 spice, sazon, salt, 5 tbsp sumac, and 1/4 cup EVOO from the onion mixture. Mix well and set aside for about 15 minutes

Preheat oven to 450
Step 5
Place the chicken on a rack or shallow pan and place into the oven for 30 minutes. (May require up to 45 depending on thickness of the cut of meat)
Step 6
Once the chicken is done layer your naan or flatbread with the onion mixture, this recipe can make up to 4 servings
Step 7
Add one piece of chicken to each flatbread slice over the onion mixture and sprinkle with sumac. Add more onion mix on top of the chicken. (optional--slice chicken prior to adding to flatbread)
Step 8
Place back into the oven at 400 for 10 minutes
Step 9
Optional--lightly toast pine nuts or slivered almonds and sprinkle over each flatbread
