Instructions
Step 1
Boil the potatoes for 20 min, get the griddle own on the best at the same time.
Step 2
Prepare the shallots, capers, cornichons, piquante peppers, and parsley and chuck in a bowl, mix.
Step 3
Add the mayonnaise to the bowl and stir.
Step 4
Coat the tuna in a little olive oil and salt and pepper. Sear for approximately 8 minutes, 4 each side, when there's about 9 minutes left on the potatoes.
Step 5
Heat your serving bowls
Step 6
Shred some lettuce as a little garnish.
Step 7
Rest the tuna when the potatoes are nearly ready to drain
Step 8
Drain the potatoes and mix into the bowl with the mayo mix
Step 9
Plate up!
