Instructions

Chicken

Step 1
Slice the chicken and add to a bowl.
Step 2
Add all the remaining ingredients except for the oil and flour. Mix everything well and let the meat sit for at least 1 hour.

Put the flour on a plate and cover the chicken pieces with it on all sides.
Step 4
Heat the oil in a small pot. Leave the heat on high and add the chicken. Fry for about 3min.

Chicken sauce

Step 5
Meanwhile melt the butter. Add the hot sauce and honey and mix until well combined.

Brush the chicken pieces on all sides with the sauce

Onion rings

Slice the onion into thick pieces and pull the onion rings apart.
Step 8
To a bowl add the other ingredients except for the panko and mix until well combined.

To a plate add the panko.

Dip the onion rings into the batter. Make sure they are completely covered. Then coat with the panko.

Heat the oil in whisk you fried the chicken. Leave the heat on high and add the onion rings. Fry for about 1-1,5min.

Wrap

Slice the tomato

Spread the front center of the tortilla wrap with the mayonnaise.

Top it with the salad, tomato, chicken and onion rings. Sprinkle on the cheese.

Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 16
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
