Instructions
Caramelized onions
Step 1
Slice the onions.
Step 2
Heat the oil in the pan. Reduce the heat to medium high. Add the onions and fry for about 2min until translucent and slightly brown.

Drizzle on the honey and let caramelize for about 2min stirring occasionally.
BBQ chicken
Step 4
Mince the garlic.
Step 5
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the garlic and fry for 30s.

Then add the shredded chicken and BBQ sauce and mix until well combined. Fry for about 1,5-2min.
Quesaddilla
Step 7
Place a tortilla wrap in the pan and sprinkle with half of the grated Emmental cheese. Then top it with the BBQ chicken, caramelized onions and parsley. Put on a lid and set the heat to medium and fry until the cheese has melted.
Step 8
Place another tortilla wrap on top and turn the quesadilla with the help of a plate.
Step 9
Sprinkle on the grated emmental. Put on o a lid and let the cheese melt.
Step 10
Cut the quesadilla into 4 pieces and enjoy!
