Sweet & Spicy Maple Pecans (Boozy)

4 steps
Prep:15minCook:25min
I'll show you how to make sweet and spicy maple pecans that are packed with flavor. I start by tossing the pecans in a mixture of rosemary, garlic powder, and onion powder, then coat them in maple syrup and Tony's Creole seasoning. Finally, I finish them off with a splash of Jack Daniel's Whiskey for an extra kick. These pecans are perfect as a snack or as a topping for salads and desserts.

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
Step 2
In a large bowl, mix together the pecans, rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, maple syrup, Tony's Creole seasoning, and Jack Daniel's Whiskey until the pecans are evenly coated. (Spice the pecans to your taste. I usually like mine on the spicier side so I use more of Tony's seasoning ;-) )
Step 3
Spread the pecans out on a baking sheet and bake them in the preheated oven for 8-25 minutes, or until they are fragrant and toasted.
Step 4
Remove the pecans from the oven and allow them to cool before serving. Enjoy!
