Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400. Brown beef with small can diced jalapenos. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning with little bit of water or broth and cook until thickened. Spread tortilla chips on lined baking sheet. Heat nacho cheese sauce and pour evenly over chips. Spread beef mixture over cheese sauce. Top beef with red onion and sliced olives of desired then top whole thing with shredded cheese. Bake in oven about 5 minutes to heat through and melt cheese. Can put under broiler an additional 1-2 minutes to brown top if desired. Crack fine salt on top when comes out of oven.
