Step 1
Soak the bulgur with shredded tomatoes, fine onions and a pinch of salt for 15 minutes.
Step 2
Then add to it allspice, cumin, seven spices, marjoram, cinnamon and mix well.
Step 3
Add Two tablespoons of tomato paste, olive oil, kneed it well with a little water, then Spread it in flat serving plate, drizzle with extra virgin olive oil, and garnish with mint leaves and serve.
