Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Add the broccoli to a large microwave safe bowl along with 2 tablespoons of water. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and microwave for 2 minutes. Let sit, covered, for 2 minutes.

Add the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, ranch dressing mix, cheddar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to a small bowl and mix well to combine.

Step 4
Stir the cream cheese mixture into the steamed broccoli until well combined.
Step 5
Crush the Ritz crackers in a Ziploc bag and add to a bowl. Pour in the melted butter and mix with a fork until all the crackers are coated and the butter is soaked in.

Step 6
Transfer broccoli to an 9x13 baking dish and sprinkle the cracker mixture evenly over the top.
Step 7
Bake for 15-20 minutes uncovered or until crackers are golden brown and crispy.
