Instructions
Step 1
Mash your banana and mix it with your oats, syrup, brown sugar and cacao. The mixture should stick together but still be quite crumply.
Step 2
Next youll spread the mixture on a baking sheet and put it in your air fryer for around 12 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Step 3
Take your mixture out and let it cool. Once its cooled you crack it in small pieced and put it in a container.
Step 4
In the amount i use, there should be about 6 portions.
