Tuna dip
1can tuna
¼ tspsalt
¼ tsppepper
½ tspchili flakes
1 tspdried thyme
2 Tbspmayonnaise
1 tspmustard
5capers
30galmonds

Instructions
Tuna dip
Step 1
Chop the capers and almonds.
Step 2
Add all the ingredients to a bowl. Mix until everything thing is well combined.

Slice the bell pepper and quarter the cherry tomatoes.
Step 4
Heat up the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the vegetables and fry for about 2min. Then season with salt, pepper and oregano. Fry for another 2-3min.
Wrap
Step 5
Place the salad, arugula, grilled vegetables and tuna dip in the front center of the wrap.
Step 6
Finally drizzle on the balsamic cream.
Step 7
Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
Step 8
Roast the wrap in a pan from all sides.
