Step 1
Preheat oven to 500 degrees
Step 2
Cut brussel sprouts and toss them in a bowl with olive oil, water and pepper
Step 3
Put them sliced side down in a foil packet and cook them for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Remove and open packet and shape foil around the brussel sprouts like a bowl and drizzle the balsamic vinaigrette on the brussel sprouts and put back in the oven to roast for 10 more minutes.
