Instructions
Step 1
Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion power, and chilli powder. Set aside. Pre heat oven to 180 C
Step 2
Heat a pan with oil. Once hot, sear the chicken on both sides and remove. Add the onions and cook till translucent.
Step 3
Add chicken back to the pan along with the chicken stock. Cover and cook for 8-10 mins on each side.
Step 4
Remove chicken and reduce the liquid in the pan.
Step 5
Shred the chicken and add back into the pan with reduced sauce. Add BBQ sauce to taste.
Step 6
Slice the slider buns, add chicken, cheese slices and sliced jalapeños. Cover with top half and spread melted butter on top. Bake for 15-20 mins until golden brown.
