Ingredients

1 poundlean ground beef
1 ½ cupsquick oats
1 x 6 ozcan tomato paste
2 tablespoonsspicy brown mustard
⅓ cupketchup
3 tablespoonsworcestershire sauce
½ teaspoononion powder
1 teaspoongarlic powder
½ teaspoonblack pepper
½ teaspoonsalt
1 teaspoonitalian seasoning
2eggs
large
⅓ cupwater
1.5Vidalia onions
or sweet, chopped
0.5bell pepper
chopped
Instructions
Step 1
Mix all ingredients except ketchup and water in a bowl.
Bake in 8” square baking dish at 350 degrees for 35 minutes covered with foil. While it bakes, mix the water and ketchup.
Remove the meatloaf and add the water and ketchup mixture to the top.
Bake for an additional 20 minutes uncovered.
