Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°.
Step 2
In a food processor, mix almond flour, baking powder, and ranch seasoning. Add eggs and mix.
Step 3
Microwave mozzarella and cream cheese for 1 minute. Stir. If not completely melted, microwave for another 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add melted cheeses to food processor and mix until dough forms.
Step 5
Transfer dough to a large bowl. Fold in cheddar cheese and bacon.
Step 6
Spray and 10" iron skillet or pie pan with cooking spray.
Step 7
Divide dough into 12 balls, and pace in the pan. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Step 8
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
Step 9
Brush cooked biscuits with melted butter, parsley and garlic.
