Instructions

Ramen bun

Step 1
Cook the mie noodles according to packaging instructions.
Step 2
Rinse the cooked mie noodles with cold water and then put them in a bowl.
Step 3
Add the egg and season with salt, pepper and chili. Mix until well combined

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on high. place a stainless steel ring in the pan and put half of the ramen in there. Press everything well with a spoon. Fry for 2-3min each side.

Burger patty

Step 5
Put the meat into a bowl. Add the seasoning and knead well.
Step 6
Form the meat into a ball. The ball then press flat with your hand and shape it

Heat the oil in the pan. Over medium heat, add the meat and sear for 2-3min per side.
Step 8
Finally, place 2 slices of cheese on the patty and allow to melt.

Burger

Step 9
Spread the bottom half of the ramen bun with the sweet chili sauce and add the salad
Step 10
Slice the tomato and place it on the salad.
Step 11
Top it with the burger patty and stack the second ramen bun on top. Enjoy!
