Smoked Ribeye Joint with Baked Pots

Simple but tasty meal using the woodfire grill.

Meat Rub

Baked pots

Instructions

Step 1
Trim any excess fat from the meat but leave the fat cap.
Step 2
Rub the meat with the dry rub ingredients. Ensure to cover the entire joint.
Step 3
Allow to rest on a rack in the fridge uncovered for at least 45mins preferably overnight.
Step 4
When ready to cook, spike the pots with a fork.
Step 5
Rub the pots with olive oil and salt.
Step 6
Place everything on the ninja woodfire grill plate and close the lid.
Step 7
Set to smoker setting at 120 degrees.
Step 8
Cook to an internal temp of 55 degrees.
Step 9
Remove meat and cover with foil. Allow to rest for 30 mins.
Step 10
Meanwhile continue to cook pots until crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. Test with a fork.
Step 11
Carve meat and serve how you like. Enjoy!
