Step 1
Cut bread, ham, and cheese slices in half. Cut avocado open and slice half into 4 slices. Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and mix well.
Step 2
Place a frying pan on low heat. Add a salted butter to pan and swirl around until melted. Pour in the egg mixture.
Step 3
Cut bread slice in half. Add 1 half to pan, dip in egg mixture, and turn over. Repeat for 2nd half of bread. Make sure slices are in the middle of the pan with a gap between and egg mixture around them.
Step 4
Turn over when egg is set. Fold in the extra egg on the sides.
Step 5
Put ham slices on left side with avocado slices on top. Put cheese slices on the right side. Fold in half and fry it until both sides are golden brown.
